    Nastaran Faghihnia, Ph.D.

    SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR U.S. MEDICAL AFFAIRS, ONE A DAY® MEDICAL LEAD, PROFESSOR, SCIENTIST AND MOM

    As one of the people responsible for developing the unique One A Day® formulations, I put my Ph.D. in Integrative Biology to work each and every day. I partner with product development, marketing and regulatory to make sure we are putting the best formulas out there. It’s so exciting when I get to see my efforts result in real products that help people.

    Collaboration is one of the best things about my job. My colleagues consistently seek me out to learn about our formulas and I’m happy to share my knowledge about nutrition with them. In fact, one of my favorite pastimes is teaching courses on human nutrition, exercise physiology and anatomy at renowned universities. From a young age, I knew that I was passionate about human health and wanted to build my career around it. That’s why I’m so proud and excited to do what I do at Bayer.
